WSTC Strata services are competitively priced and do not receive commissions from maintenance organisations. Our management is transparent and all agent benefits are disclosed at every annual general meeting.
Meetings: Every year our strata managers prepare all essential and necessary meetings for each Strata Scheme. We prepare and distribute to owners the minutes of meetings which discuss all mandatory and essential motions required. Our team attends and assists in conducting these meeting whilst recording the minutes which are then issued to all owners. Meetings can be arranged at our office or the property, whichever convenient; though we do recommend at the property to ensure owners who are not living there are up to date with any apparent changes.
Financials: Our team has excellent financial reporting to ensure that the report is tailored to meet each individual corporation needs. Our strata managers also ensure that the budget estimates for the coming year is calculated and provided to owners along with the financial reports. Yearly Business Activity Statements (BAS) is also prepared and lodged to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
